Oh Daisy!

Here is Maria with her Bedtime Daisy. It was so cute she curled up on the floor with her while watching her favorite show ever...Word World!

As many of you know Maria has a lovey named Daisy. She has 5 Daisies right now...let me explain...

Original Daisy (the first one in the pink dress with the daisy on it and 2 pigtails)

80's Daisy (Missing one pigtail, thank Snickers for that one)

Fake Daisy (The "new" version of Daisy that came out)

Christmas Daisy (Wearing a Christmas dress, no pigtails just a red hat, same face as others)

And her newest addition- Bedtime Daisy (Same face and pigtails just in purple pj's.)

Now one might ask, "Why so many Daisies?" Well when you have a toddler that constantly chews on Daisy you need to have a stash to rotate so that they don't stink! And let me say boy to they end up smelling! We can really only go like 2 days before having to give her a different Daisy. Oh and I don't really "count" Christmas Daisy since she doesn't have pigtails, but we have used her in a pinch. Oh and you may wonder, "Where did all the Daisies get their names?" That answer would be Maria's Uncle Rick. He named them all, and well they all stuck!

Well not too much has been going on around here. Pretty much business as normal aside from waiting for our dear little nephew to come home from the hospital. I can't wait to get to snuggle with my Godson! Hopefully in the next few days he'll be home! Keep praying that the NICU doctor lets him come home. He's doing well and we all think he should come home!

School has been busy this week, we kicked off the week with our annual Pancake Breakfast and New Parent Open House. I was swamped in the Pre-K. We had lots of visitors, which hopefully resorts in good Pre-K/Nursery enrollment for next school year. We've got fun stuff planned for the week to help in celebrating the Gift of Catholic Education. Movie/popcorn/jeans day tomorrow!
