My bath on Wednesday nightWell our first two days of summer break have been quite busy. On Thursday we went to visit our friend Val, and her daughter Alison. It is so funny to see how big Maria looks next to a 6 week old! She looks huge compared to her. We also had some errands to run in the moring.
In the evening Maria and I went to Tiebles for dinner for Pat's surprise retirement dinner. I have to say Maria was soooo good while we were there. She had her first bread stick! That went over great!
Today we had even more to do! We had Bob, the neighbor, over to fix the garage door, the NIPSCO guys over to pull out the gas line for the garage, and we had to go to school to pick up my summer paychecks, and help Auntie Kim finish cleaning up her classroom. We also picked up Grandpa Hauser's father's day gift, and Aunt Chris's pictures from Walmart. We had a fun afternoon visiting with Grace.
Tonight is Daddy and Maria night! I'm going out with Grace for a girls night to see Sex and the City! Yippeee for me! So hopefully Daddy and Maria have some nice quality daddy daughter time!
